In an aging home on the outskirts of Taipei City reside two brothers, Rat and his older gay sibling, Shanghe. Both are on a quest for employment to make ends meet while simultaneously seeking self-discovery and stability in life. The younger brother finds work at a market, where he encounters a mute woman known for her eccentric antics. Meanwhile, the older brother becomes infatuated with a nightclub dancer, leading him into dubious dealings.
