In this story, Pearl and Gadabout have become an airborne medical team, tending to the needs of various creatures such as a mermaid, a unicorn, and a lion with a sneezing problem. Unfortunately, when a storm compels them to make an emergency landing at the royal palace, Pearl’s uncle, the king, imprisons her.
