Newcomer Justin Rosa is tasked with surveilling Eddie Flynn, a member of an arms-trafficking cartel, and ensuring his survival at any expense. When a SWAT team raids Flynn’s residence, Rosa defies protocol by reaching out to the criminal personally to protect him. As assailants storm the Wire Room, pandemonium ensues, and Mueller and Rosa are forced to make a last-ditch effort to fend off the corrupt agents and officials determined to eliminate evidence and end their lives.
