Madison Lane, a resort developer, is assigned the job of selecting a site for a new ski resort. Her employer instructs her to visit Christmas, Colorado, to evaluate its potential. As she arrives in town, Madison accidentally bumps into the town’s welcome sign. Sheriff Gage McBride offers her a lift into town so she can make it to her meeting with the mayor while her car is being towed and fixed. Unbeknownst to Madison, the town is determined to persuade her that Christmas is the ideal location for the new ski resort.
