After being assaulted by a vampire, Spring, who is often down on his luck, is rescued by a trio of street cleaners. Upon regaining consciousness, he realizes he is in a covert government facility concealed within a waste collection site. Spring soon learns that he possesses a unique resistance to vampire bites, making him an ideal recruit for the clandestine group known as the Vampire Cleanup Department.
