Frank, a self-made man of action, is wholly devoted to his career. Regardless of the location or time, whether it’s day or night, he’s constantly on the phone managing the cargo ships he arranges for large corporations. However, when faced with a crisis, Frank makes a harsh choice that leads to his dismissal. Deeply disturbed and feeling let down by the system he dedicated himself to, he must gradually reflect on his life to preserve the one relationship that remains important to him: the connection he has maintained with his youngest daughter, Mathilde.
