A band of troubled teenagers attending a wilderness boot camp find themselves battling for survival when a merciless, vampiric extraterrestrial begins to attack them. The onslaught starts after they stumble upon a mysterious “orb” in the heart of the desert. Cut off from communication and with no place to seek refuge, they come to the conclusion that their sole hope of staying alive is to confront the threat head-on.
