As a baby, Brucie is left at the doorstep of a police station, setting him on a path through seventeen different foster homes. His environment starts to shape him as he faces an internal struggle for his soul. A visit to church with his friend Suzy seems to offer hope for Brucie’s future, but this hope is dashed when he is forcibly taken by the Cartel to serve their purposes.
