Jamie Vaughn, who owns a bookstore in a small town, discovers that her shop, along with other local businesses, is at risk of being shut down by a dominant property developer from Portland. This developer is led by Sawyer O’Dell, an architect who also happens to be Jamie’s ex. With Valentine’s Day drawing near and the threat of closure looming, Jamie is compelled to devise a sincere strategy to rescue her cherished bookstore while also confronting her lingering emotions for Sawyer.
