On Christmas Eve, young Judy Emerson is informed that Santa Claus doesn’t exist. Eager to prove her family mistaken, she devises an intricate plan and manages to catch Santa Claus in the act. However, her parents mistake the cheerful gift-giver for a thief and have him taken into custody.
