Set in the vibrant city of New Orleans, this animated film follows the story of Tiana, a hardworking waitress with dreams of opening her own restaurant. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she encounters Prince Naveen, who has been transformed into a frog by a wicked voodoo sorcerer. In a twist of fate, Tiana herself is turned into a frog, and the two embark on a journey through the bayous to find a way to break the spell.
