A disillusioned young man of American-Nepali descent, with both Hindu and Muslim heritage, makes an unexpected stop in Kathmandu while en route to the conflict in Syria. However, his confrontation with a local crime boss who murdered his grandfather leads him to discover a much deeper mission in life. Through this journey, he rediscovers and embraces the cultural and traditional heritage of the Himalayan nation that he had long neglected.
