As the seasons transition, the second spring is on the horizon. Tatsuya and Miyuki have completed their freshman year at First Magic High School and are now enjoying their spring vacation. They decide to spend this break at their villa located in the Ogasawara Island archipelago. However, their brief period of tranquility is interrupted by the arrival of a solitary young woman named Kokoa. Having left the Naval base, she approaches Tatsuya to share her singular wish.
