In the northern Icelandic town of Husavik, just thirty miles from the Arctic Circle, you’ll find the Icelandic Phallological Museum, the only museum in the world dedicated to penises. Over the course of four decades, the museum’s founder and curator has amassed specimens from every mammal species, except for one elusive piece needed to finalize his collection: a human specimen. This film chronicles the curator’s remarkable, humorously absurd, and sometimes startling journey to complete his unique collection, along with the stories of two daring men who have volunteered to be the first human contributors.
