Claudio Verona, a young and jaded entrepreneur, finds himself trapped in the elevator of his office in Rome just before a crucial client meeting. What starts as a frustrating inconvenience quickly escalates into a terrifying ordeal. Beyond the confines of the elevator, a lethal virus is spreading, turning people into highly aggressive and perilous zombies. While Claudio is desperate to escape his confined quarters, the elevator paradoxically becomes the safest refuge in the city.
