A remote fast food restaurant, situated beside a deserted parking area, offers anonymity to its visitors. On a rainy fall day, a series of individuals arrive, each teetering on the brink of either a collapse or a revelation. The central figure, the Waitress, observes and internalizes everything. As each customer reveals their personal turmoil, they inadvertently drive the Waitress closer to her own breaking point.
