Young Isabel Mann, a high school student, falls under the influence of a brutal group of vampires who can walk in daylight. As her peers begin to disappear, the situation draws the attention of two detectives. The scenario becomes increasingly bizarre as Isabel, now troubled, begins to murder freely in the surrounding forest. She receives support from Alejo, the leader of the vampires, and unsettlingly, from her estranged mother, who had previously joined the group. Isabel is taught the deadly craft, leading to gruesome consequences for those close to her.
