In this follow-up to The Diary 3 (2000), we find Anna, now more relaxed and no longer pursuing her acting career, staying in Rome as a guest of Richard. Her peaceful stay is disrupted when her diary is snatched on the street. Determined to retrieve it, Anna embarks on a quest that leads to a fateful meeting with a man who will capture her heart.
