Willy Vander Brook, who has Franco-Belgian heritage, heads to Paris for a job interview. There, he is greeted by his old friend Serge, a former pub owner, and Serge’s roommate Frank, who passionately advocates for Walloon independence. Upon learning that his application is rejected due to his Belgian nationality, Willy and his fellow countrymen plot to seek retribution.
