After the untimely passing of her parents, Fawn Harriman learns that she has inherited a theater in the town of Amityville. She decides to spend the weekend there with three friends to explore the property. At the same time, one of her high school teachers starts delving into the town’s history and uncovers a link to something ancient, predating written records.
