During the summer of 1986, a trio of sixteen-year-old friends make a habit of slipping into films at the neighborhood multiplex every Saturday. However, when one of them brings along the girl he’s infatuated with to watch the newest comedy, all three teenagers gain deeper insights into life and romance.
