After losing her cherished father at a young age, Yuri lives with her mother and younger brother. Her mother starts a relationship with a new man, but they are burdened by significant debt, forcing them to move out of their home. To help support her brother, Yuri reluctantly takes a job as a call girl. One day, her brother falls ill, but Yuri, needing to work, leaves him alone at home. Tragically, she returns to find him dead in the bathtub. Overwhelmed with guilt and enduring an unending sorrow, Yuri struggles with her loss. Eventually, her coworker Mayu introduces her to a mysterious mobile app that supposedly allows communication with the deceased. However, it comes with a caution: never respond if the spirit says, “I want to see you.” Desperate to apologize to her brother and consumed by self-blame, Yuri downloads the app and contacts him. As this unfolds, other users of the app begin to die.
