Trevor, a busboy, is so frightened of women that he takes in a young man struggling with heroin addiction. He then exploits the man’s dependency on the drug to manipulate and intimidate him into transforming into “Dorothy,” Trevor’s distorted vision of the “perfect girlfriend.”
