
After causing trouble with a harmful prank at his urban school, young Nathan is sent to his father’s rural farm as a form of punishment. However, his time there turns out to be more eventful than expected. He encounters Sarah, an intriguing and self-reliant farm worker, stumbles upon a peculiar criminal operation, and discovers a horse that communicates with him alone. The film features a cameo by John Popper, the lead vocalist of Blues Traveler. This debut feature film is directed and co-written by Christian Frelinghuysen, with production by Mark Farrell, known for his work on “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and “Z Rock.” The movie was filmed entirely in the scenic Berkshires of Western Massachusetts.
