A high school senior, who is in the process of earning his pilot’s license, saves a dog named Oreo. Soon after, he discovers that his mother, a CIA operative, has been taken captive. With the help of Oreo and a newfound ally, he embarks on a mission to locate his mother and expose the double agents within the CIA.
