A group of five college friends decides to indulge in a wild vacation by the river. They discover an ideal spot to set up camp, but their plans take a dark turn when they encounter twin brothers, Simon and Stanley. The twins proceed to eliminate the campers in highly inventive and disturbingly brutal manners.
