In New York’s Spanish Harlem, two Puerto Rican siblings, Ralphi Matas and Junior, known as the top Salsa dancers in the neighborhood, are torn apart by a tragic event. Years later, they find themselves on opposite sides of the gentrification divide when they cross paths again.
