Akiko, a young lady, travels to Vladivostok to reunite with Matsunaga, a young entrepreneur she encountered just once in Tokyo. Upon locating Matsunaga, he departs once more, cautioning her against trusting unfamiliar people in a foreign land. As she attempts to pursue him, she is assaulted by criminals and left on the city’s outskirts.
