Parcel post deliveryman Doug Heffernan (played by Kevin James) finds his life turned upside down when his father-in-law, Arthur (portrayed by Jerry Stiller), moves in with him and his wife, Carrie (Leah Remini), after becoming a widower. Doug’s cherished basement, home to his prized oversized TV, is no longer his personal sanctuary, and his reign as the “king” of his household—and of Queens—is challenged. Will they be able to coexist peacefully?
