Teen Titans is an American animated TV show inspired by the DC Comics characters, particularly drawing from the early-1980s comic series The New Teen Titans by Marv Wolfman and George Pérez. The series was brought to life by Glen Murakami, with development by David Slack, and produced by Warner Bros. Animation. It debuted on Cartoon Network on July 19, 2003, with the episode “Divide and Conquer,” and concluded with “Things Change” on January 16, 2006. The series finale was marked by the film Teen Titans: Trouble in Tokyo. A comic book series titled Teen Titans Go! was created based on the show. On June 8, 2012, it was announced that the series would be revived as Teen Titans Go!, premiering on April 23, 2013, as part of the DC Nation block. It is currently broadcast on the Boomerang channel.
