In 1993, Ted the bear finds his days of stardom behind him, now residing with his closest companion, 16-year-old John Bennett. John shares a modest home in a blue-collar Boston neighborhood with his parents and cousin. Although Ted might not always set the best example for John, he is ready to go above and beyond to support his friend and his family when it truly matters.
