When Charlie Harris falls into a coma, it throws Hope-Zion Hospital into disarray and leaves his fiancée and fellow surgeon, Alex Reid, reeling in disbelief. While the hospital team scrambles to save patients, the unconscious Dr. Harris roams the corridors of Hope-Zee in a “spirit” form, uncertain whether he is a ghost or a creation of his own mind.
