“Sabrina, the Teenage Witch” is a U.S. sitcom inspired by the Archie comic series bearing the same title. It debuted on ABC on September 27, 1996, attracting an audience of over 17 million as part of the “T.G.I.F.” lineup.

The series features Melissa Joan Hart in the role of Sabrina Spellman, a teenage girl who is half-witch and discovers her magical abilities on her sixteenth birthday.
