After ending his relationship with his girlfriend, Josh discovers that he is gay. With the encouragement of Claire, his former girlfriend, and Tom, his best friend and roommate, Josh is tasked with assisting his mother as she struggles with depression, while also helping his family accept his newly embraced identity.
