Many years back, the notorious pirate leader Gol D. Roger was put to death, leaving behind an enormous treasure trove and the legendary “One Piece.” Whoever manages to seize the “One Piece” will earn the title of the new pirate king. Monkey D. Luffy, a young boy who has eaten one of the “Devil’s Fruits,” is determined to emulate his hero, the pirate Shanks, by discovering the One Piece. His quest is aided by his body’s rubber-like abilities and a group of talented fighters and thieves who accompany him. Monkey D. Luffy is joined by his crew, including Roronoa Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, Tony-Tony Chopper, Nico Robin, Franky, and Brook. Together, they are willing to do whatever it takes to claim the One Piece and become the King of the Pirates!
