Jim Jefferies, a sharp-tongued and provocative comedian from Australia, is in his mid-30s and resides in Los Angeles. He is attempting to bring more legitimacy to his personal and professional life, but finds the journey to be a challenging and awkward uphill battle. Supporting him in this endeavor is his anxious best friend and roommate, Steve, a cyber-law library salesman grappling with the aftermath of a divorce. Also part of their circle is Steve’s brother, Billy, who is living with advanced Muscular Dystrophy and uses a wheelchair.
