Xiaolin Showdown is an American animated series crafted by Christy Hui that premiered on Kids WB. The show is set in a universe where martial arts and Eastern mysticism are everyday occurrences. It centers on four young warriors in training who strive to thwart evil by safeguarding Shen Gong Wu from villains intent on using them for world domination.

The series debuted on the WB Network’s Kids’ WB programming block in 2003 and continued for three seasons, totaling 52 episodes. Each episode typically focuses on the discovery of a new Shen Gong Wu, prompting a race between the heroes and villains to secure it. The climax often involves a magical duel, known as a Xiaolin Showdown, between a hero and a villain to determine who will claim the artifact.

A follow-up series, Xiaolin Chronicles, was first shown on Disney XD on August 26, 2013, and began its regular broadcast on September 14 of the same year.
