Following a catastrophic terrorist assault that wipes out New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles, the United States government implements advanced drone surveillance to combat terrorism and maintain order among citizens. Patterson Endcott, a scientist and operator of these drones, discovers that he has been falsely identified as a terrorist. In response, he joins forces with a band of rebels to lead the charge against the oppressive regime.
