The city is under martial law. During a standard inspection for terrorist threats in a towering apartment complex, Hawkins, a skilled police officer, and her heavily-armored android partner, Argus, come across what they believe to be a deal involving the illicit drug fleck. However, soon after, unusual events start to unfold within the building and among its inhabitants.
