On December 6, 1995, three gang members from Essex were ruthlessly murdered. Fast forward to early 1997, and the perpetrators remain at large. A close associate of the slain men, still grieving their deaths, is convinced that his own life is in danger. Believing his only option is to re-enter the criminal underworld, he begins to climb the ranks once more.
