This film, inspired by real events, chronicles the journey of two sisters who defy the odds in a male-dominated sport. It follows Erica and Courtney Enders as they embark on their path in junior drag racing, ultimately rising to the pinnacle of the sport. The sisters face resistance from fellow racers who oppose the idea of girls competing alongside them, which only fuels their determination to excel. Erica struggles to balance her racing ambitions with her social life and academic pursuits, leading her to temporarily step away from the sport. However, she soon realizes that racing is her true passion. As their teenage years draw to a close, the Enders sisters triumph by clinching the junior drag racing national championship. They continue to pursue their racing careers through high school and college, and remain active in the sport to this day.
