A year has passed since Nicole and Jesse disappeared after leaving home. Upon returning from military service, Jesse’s brother, Tom, embarks on a mission with his friends Marilyn and Jared to find the missing pair. Their quest takes them to an eerie section of an old highway featuring a mysterious Rest Stop, where they end up facing the same danger that Nicole and Jesse encountered: a confrontation with a deranged individual.
