After landing an exhilarating job at an innovative pet invention firm, Robert, along with his teenage daughter Jenna and their loyal and unique border collie Charlie, relocates to a new community just in time for the holiday season. Shortly after settling in, Robert encounters his stunning neighbor Holly and her spirited border collie Gidget. However, before any romance can blossom, they face interference from Robert’s scheming and irritating neighbor, Victor, who is also his project manager. Victor is accompanied by his menacing bulldog, “Vinnie P,” and his fawning Chihuahua sidekick, “Jose.”
