After coming back from a harrowing deployment in Iraq, John battles with the effects of PTSD. The fragile sense of calm he had established is abruptly destroyed when he intervenes to save a local escort from a gang of aggressive Aryan Brotherhood pimps. In the process, he ends up killing several of the gang’s top members. As a result, John and his family become the main targets of Hollis, the merciless leader of the criminal organization.
