Jane, who is harsh and controlling, and Jackie, who is kind-hearted but scatterbrained, are two sisters with starkly different personalities. They are deeply traumatized after witnessing their parents’ murder-suicide and the brutal rape and murder of their other sister, Janice, by attackers. After undergoing intensive therapy, they are considered ready to reintegrate into society and are released from a mental health facility. However, Jane and Jackie reveal themselves to be far from stable or harmless, as they embark on a brutal rampage, torturing, murdering, and mutilating any unfortunate man who crosses their deadly path.
