“Party Boat” centers around Max, who is organizing a 25th birthday celebration for his closest friend, Kiley. Upon discovering that Kiley’s boyfriend, Greg, intends to propose, Max sets off on a quest to capture Kiley’s affection while also planning the most spectacular party of his life.
