Louise (played by Sophia Myles) is a disconnected student at a boarding school, embroiled in a passionate affair with the headmistress Veronica’s (Sophie Ward) husband. The secluded school is thick with suspicion and desire until Matthew (George Asprey) vanishes without a trace. Fearing the worst, Louise is determined to find out what happened to her lover, but Veronica thwarts her efforts at every step, taking a cruel pleasure in the mental anguish she causes. When a mysterious woman starts appearing on campus, Louise becomes convinced that she is being set up for Matthew’s murder, or even worse, being targeted as the next victim. Isolated and without allies, Louise must survive long enough to discover the truth behind Matthew’s disappearance.
