Oakie, a young blue heeler puppy, is meant to be sent to Texas in the United States, but due to a mix-up, he finds himself in Texas, Queensland, located in the Australian Outback. There, Oakie soon becomes friends with Action Dann, an animated figure clearly inspired by Troy Dann. Together, they set off on a variety of adventures, encountering a host of fascinating and eccentric characters amidst the distinctive and rugged charm of the Australian Outback.
