The enchanting city of Northpole, home to Santa and his elves, is facing a crisis. People worldwide have become too preoccupied to celebrate the holiday season as a family, and Northpole relies on their festive joy to thrive. To change this, a spirited young elf forms a friendship with an enthusiastic boy. However, the boy’s mother, a journalist who only believes in facts, is not easily convinced.
