Mickey O’Hara, once a dedicated member of the IRA, has left his days of fighting behind and now finds himself disillusioned with the cause, resorting to drug dealing. When a transaction goes awry, Mickey is compelled to kill his partner, putting his life in jeopardy. He escapes to Los Angeles, hoping to start anew and distance himself from his violent history. However, when a close friend gets into trouble with influential drug lords, Mickey reluctantly returns to his old habits to assist. Instead of resolving the situation, his actions inadvertently trigger a series of events that revive his past demons, threatening to unravel everything he values.
